The Firm has been representing employee benefit plans and their Trustees for over 40 years. The Firm provides advice on plan compliance issues such as plan and benefit design, fiduciary duties, and compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA and other federal and state laws. The firm represents our union clients in a broad range of areas including: assisting with organizing campaigns; participating in contract negotiations; prosecuting grievances in labor arbitrations; providing advice on publicizing disputes with employers and providing information to the public regarding those disputes; prosecuting and defending unfair labor practices before the National Labor Relations Board; and, prosecuting and defending actions in the federal and state courts.
